Project Overview

ShweHome is a next-generation spatial real estate web application built for Yangon properties. Inspired by Zillow and Google Maps, it introduces custom freehand lasso drawing with Ramer-Douglas-Peucker (RDP) curve simplification, Ray-Casting point-in-polygon spatial location filtering, administrative township polygon overlays, dynamic climate hazard maps (Flood zones, Air quality index, Heat/Fire risks), interactive speech-bubble price pins, double-slider price histogram search controls, and full English & Burmese (MY) localization.
